I work with churches during seasons of leadership transition, providing pastoral guidance and leadership support to pastors and executive teams navigating change. My experience includes supporting new and seasoned pastors, interim and succession seasons, growing or complex church structures, and leaders stepping into expanded roles. Drawing on extensive ministry leadership experience and advanced training in leadership and organizational development, my focus is on discipling and strengthening leaders so they can lead with clarity, confidence, and spiritual health. I specialize in helping churches move through transition thoughtfully, attend to both organizational and pastoral realities, and establish a healthy foundation for their next season of ministry.
